Very nice hotel with lovely reception area and bar, bottled water and paid for meals and snacks for guests. Our room was huge, it felt like a very fancy suite and had a full bath tub and separate shower which was a real luxury after only showers for two weeks. Valet parking attendants were also nice and helpful. Great location right in the centre of the city and very close to the Vikings Stadium which was the primary reason for our visit.

The room was way bigger than we expected the beds were really comfortable The bathroom was beautiful The staff were exceedingly friendly and attentive and went above and beyond helping us. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there every time I come back for a game again This is now my favorite hotel. Just an all-round great experience Thank you!!!!

The hotel staff was fantastic. They were very helpful, polite and always welcoming. They recognized us and greeted us every day. They were helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions around the city. The room was clean and well appointed with plenty of storage space. We loved the luxurious bathrobes, very nice addition. The room service was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

I have never been to the Minneapolis area before (I had several mishaps with parking and not accounting for certain fees) and the lovely people who worked the front desk were so kind and helpful, they really calmed my and my daughters anxiety of being out of our comfort zone. The food at their restaurant was also top notch, would 100% recommend.
